Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Early life

The Founder of Indian Constitution, Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar (Popularly known as BR Ambedkar or Baba Saheb Ambedkar) was born on 14th of April 1891 in a small village Mhow in Madhya Pradesh state. His father name is Ramji Maloji Sakpal and mother name is Bhimabai Sakpal. His father was at the rank of Subedar in the British Indian army. In 1894, his father retired from his post. After two years, when they shifted to Sitara, his (Ambedkar’s) mother got expired.

Only Bhim Rao among his fourteen brothers and sisters got admission in high school. His original surname was sakpal but when his father registered his name in school, he mentioned his surname as “Ambadavekar”. It represents that they belong to the village “Ambadave”. In school records, a Brahmin teacher named Krishan Keshav Ambedkar changed his surname to Ambedkar as his own.

Ambedkar was born in a low caste “Mahar”. At that time, this caste was treat very unfairly and untouchable. When the students from this caste went to school, they were not allowed to sit in the classroom. Even, they were not allowed to touch the water and the vessels in the school. If they want to drink water, a person from the higher caste or the peon pour the water from a height. Baba Saheb Ambedkar mentioned this situation of his caste in his writings “No Peon, No Water”.

Boss listen to him very attentively and want John to understand the difference.
Boss tells John that he will promote John at a better position if he does a task for him. John agrees. Boss ordered him to go to the market and check that if someone is selling mangoes there. But if we take 10 kg, then he will give at Rs 40 per Kg. Sam further tells to the Boss that if we take more, then we can convince him to reduce the cost a little more.
John was listening to Sam carefully and feels surprized. Now he understood the difference between his working & Sam's working and he decided not to resign from his job and will learn a lot from Sam.
